Weapon for SPM Leavers! What courses you choose ??? Let's look at Law!

What courses did you choose guyss ??? 

Some SPM Leavers make their move to IPTS, this results them to less worry if their result is not flying colours .. But as for me and most of SPM leavers,, they are willingly to enter IPTA which need them to pay less .. Therefore, if you want to enter IPTA, you'll need to fill up the UPU online application form aiteee .. 

Besides, you can also apply for matriculation or IPG ( institut pendidikan guru ) if you get good results or else, you can also apply for KKBN ( kolej kemahiran bina negara ) which offered lots of workmanship courses for instance, sewing course, motor vehicle mechanics and many more! So never be afraid if you guys get just an 'ala ala' result because in Malaysia we have lots of education institute that you can enter and proceed with your dreams! As if you have dreams .. , Lalala ..~~ haha So don't ever givup and strive for life! yeyehhh!!! ( strive for life = my sms signature .. haha ) .. Otherwise, you can also enter Giatmara. Actually I wanna give some information about UPU but now iv bubbling far away to Giatmara . hahaha ... SORRY .. Okay back to our topic .. In UPU application form, you'll need to fill up 8 choices of course which can kill you if you mistakenly applied courses that you dislike! I should have make the words in red .. Ok. Iv done it. HAHA. Why is it ? because , its your future and its all about who will you be in the next 4-5 yearsss.... As for me,.....

I studied in the Faculty of Law UiTM Shah Alam in the FASTRACK programme and at the beginning I hate this course and wish to change. ='( So sad .. But when I just follow with the flow, I started to like and getting interested with this course .. Haaaihhh but there's still one thing that is throwing away my dreams to be a lawyer .. =_=" It makes me feel uncomfortable since the requirement to proceed BLS ( Bachelor in Legal Studies ) is quite high and it high up the adrenaline amount in my body!

No wonder I caught by insomnia and jittery nerves. Ok back to our topic again .. SORRY haha *over excited.. 

For SPM leavers that want to take Law course in UiTM for their continuation studies, you must know that Foundation in Law in UiTM has fastrack and the other one is not fastrack lahh. Fastrack offered 6 subjects in the 1st semester and 7 for the 2nd. 

These are the courses for the 1st semester 

The 2nd semester subjects :

- Global issues

- Economy

- Intro to Law 2

- Intro to Law 3

- Psychology

- Bel 332

- Bel 342

Foundation in Law has TWO category which is under UiTM and KPTM ( Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia ) . There are some differences between this two, which is :

Foundation in Law UiTM

- Under UiTM, after finish your foundation you cannot proceed your degree in other university besides UiTM . HAHA

- Offered : Fastrack ( 2 semester = one year of studies ) and not fastrack ( 3 semesters = one year and half ) .

- Fastrack programme will be in UiTM Shah Alam ONLY and not fastrack either in UiTM Merbok or UiTM Kuantan.

- The requirement to proceed with BLS : 

                                                  :) average pointer must beyond 3.0 

                                                  :) MUET band 4, thats all! :)

easy ? haha yes, if you put your hardworks in your studies! Don't be like me ok! ;P

- You will be given a form to apply for your degree after you finish you foundation. You need to apply 4 courses. The 1st two courses can be either course that need to be interviewed or not. And the 3rd and 4th choices must be courses that need not to be interviewed. But but but.. there are only a few courses that want to take you if you failed Law or don't want it for your degree! Those in social science ONLY ..

*Fakulti Senilukis dan Senireka > Interview, ujian melukis,ujian rabun/buta warna > Band 1 > min pointer 2.0

*Fakulti Sains Pentadbiran dan Pengajian Polisi > No interview > Band 1 > min pointer 2.50

*Fakulti Pengurusan Perniagaan > No interview > Band 1 > min pointer 2.30

*Fakulti Teknologi Kreatif dan Artistik > No interview > Band 1 > min pointer 2.00

*Fakulti Pengurusan Hotel dan Perlancongan > No interview > Band 1 > min pointer 2.50

*Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (BAHASA and ENG ONLY) > ENG no interview, Band 4, min pointer 2.00 > BAHASA interview, Band 1 > min pointer 2.00

*Fakulti Undang-Undang > No interview > Band 4 > min pointer 3.00 

*Fakulti Komunikasi dan Pengajian Media ( Masscom ) > Interview, ujian bertulis > Band 1 > min pointer 2.00

*Fakulti Pengurusan dan Teknologi Pejabat > No interview > Band 1 > min pointer 2.00 

These are the only faculty that may take you if you don't want to proceed with Law or if you're not qualified ! HAHA i'm being evil .. SORRY.. again . Ok. And only few courses are being offered by this faculty not all yach .. It also based on your exam's result and MUET result .. 

Foundation in Law KPTM

- After you finished your foundation, you'll need to fill up the forms but under the KPTM not UiTM .. you can either go to UiTM or other universities for your degree..

- Requirement is : minimum pointer 3.5 and MUET Band 4 ..

- Does not have 3 semesters programme which is not fastrack .. ONLY Fastrack ..

- ONLY at UiTM Shah Alam ..

** All classes of these foundation students will be categorized according to their groups which is UiTM or KPTM ..

Kenape lelaki berbeza dengan wanita .. ?

Selalu orang cakap,, lelaki dan wanita takde bezanya .. Ape yang lelaki buat wanita jugakk bolehh buat .. Tapi yang sebenarnye .. LELAKI dan WANITA tak same ... Tapi kenape ???

1) Lelaki dilahirkan untuk menjadi pemimpin .. Lelakilah yang harus memimpin wanita/isteri .. Dalam Al-Quran sudah dinyatakan setiap lelaki adalah pemimpin kepada wanita .. Jelas sekali wanita tidak boleh memimpin lelaki dan lelakilah yang menjadi imam kepada golongan wanita .. Sesungguhnya kaum wanita lemah dengan beremosi jika tertekan .. berbeza dengan kaum lelaki, lebih tenang dan sabar .. Pemimpin negara seperti  perdana menteri juga tidaklah digalakkan dari golongan yang lemah ini ...

2) Jika kita lihat lelaki keluar malam dan bersosial.. Pulang lewat pagi .. dan wanita keluar malam dan pulang lewat, yang mane satu tanggapan masyarakat sekeliling lebih buruk lagi .. ? Sudah tentulah wanita aite .. Therefore,, jaga lah tingkah laku wahai kaum yang lemah dan mudah dipengaruh oleh syaitannn ...

Lelaki nampak macam baik je even kt night club kann ... 

Perempuan nampak cam sosial gile ...

Inilah namanya psychology dan perception dpd masyarakat .. Wanita haruslah menjaga diri dan penampilan supaya sedap mate memandang ...

3) Wanita selalu dikaitkan dengan kaum yang lemah .. Tak payah study pun takpe, kahwin je then jage anak kat rumah .. Tak payah bijak2 pun orang tak kisah .. Tapi lelaki, haruslah menjadi seorang yang berguna, berpendapatan tetap dan boleh menyara keluarga .. Kalau mat rempit tu , takde sape nak kahwin ngan hang ... hahaa ... kesian kannn lelaki .. Even camtu pun, peratusan wanita yang lebih bijak adalah jauh lebih tinggi dpd kaum lelaki yang kuat dan hebat nie ... Namunn, even lelaki tak ramai yang bijak, tetapi mereka lebih genius dpd kaum wanita .. Bilangan yang masuk ke ipta dan ipts adalah jauh lebih sedikit, tetapi mereka ada quality .. yang pandai2 sikit tapi result 4flat beb .. Bukan calang2 .. So .. Jelas kat sini .. Allah jadikan lelaki dan wanita untuk saling melengkapi .. Sebab tu lelaki dan wanita tidak sama dan dilahirkan perasaan sayang dan kasih antara dua kaum nie ...

4) Lelaki dikurniakan dengan 9 akal dan 1 nafsu .. Dan wanita pula sebaliknye .. Psychologically, lelaki dan wanita berbeza dalam :

- Cara berkomunikasi

- Cara berfikir

- Tahap kepekaan dan perasaan

- Tanggapan

- Tindakan dan perbuatan

- Kaedah mempamerkan kasih sayang

- Kehendak mempamerkan kasih sayang

- Kehendak dan pengharapan

- Cara mempamerkan penghargaan

- Cara dan tahap pengorbanan

- Cara dan daya khayalan

- Daya pengamatan dan konsentrasi

- Cara dan pengisian doa

5) Jangan lupa perkara yang paling penting iaitu .. Wanita tidak boleh kahwin lebih dari satu tetapi lelaki boleh kahwin sampai 4 .. Soo ... jage laki korang baik2 oke ? Hahahaa .. Bagi nanaleeyana, kalau kate ikut sunnah Nabi Muhammad s.a.w, Nabi dulu kahwin kerana ingin membantu wanita yang dalam kesusahan dan lemah .. Tapi lelaki nowadays kahwin sebab curang dan nafsu ... So nanaleeyana tidak bersetuju sama sekali dengan concept polygami zaman kini .. Kalau polygami zaman Nabi, nanaleeyana agree .. :)
